14.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute proceeding, you agree to first contact GehiLawAI at support@GehiLawAI.com and give us a reasonable opportunity (not less than 30 days) to resolve the dispute informally.
14.2 Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, both you and GehiLawAI agree to resolve all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Site, or the Services through binding individual arbitration administered by its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator shall apply Washington State law and the same limitations period that would apply in a court of law.
Arbitration will be conducted in the county of your residence unless otherwise agreed. For claims of $10,000 or less, you may choose to conduct arbitration by document submission, telephone, or in-person hearing.

YOU AND GEHILAWAI AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims of multiple persons or preside over any class or representative proceeding.
14.4 Exceptions
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration. Qualifying disputes may also be brought in small claims court.
14.5 Notice of Dispute
A party seeking arbitration must first send a written Notice of Dispute via U.S. certified mail to: GehiLawAI Inc., Attn: Legal Department. The Notice must describe the nature of the dispute and the relief sought. Either party may commence arbitration 30 days after the Notice is received if the dispute remains unresolved.
